CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made after this 24-hour window will incur a 30% cancellation fee, which must be paid before rebooking. If a client has a card on file, the 30% fee will be charged automatically. There is a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. After that, the appointment will be considered a "No Show," and the cancellation fee will apply. NO SHOW FEES ARE 50% OF SERVICE Gift cards are non-refundable. If a client cancels and is using a gift card, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the card, and any remaining balance for the service must be paid at the time of the appointment. There are no refunds for lash services due to the time and materials involved. If the client experiences issues with retention, a free removal or mini fill is available within 72 hours of the appointment. After 72 hours, a charge of 50% of the in-fill price will apply.
