CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel their appointments 24 hours before their service. If cancelled after the 24 hour mark, the client will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. The client cannot rebook until the fee is paid. If a client has their card on file, it will be a 20% fee charged. Clients have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment. After that, it is considered a NO SHOW. NO SHOWS are charged the cancellation fee. GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a client cancels but is using a gift card, the $15 fee will be deducted from their gift card. The client will need to pay the remaining balance of their service at the time of the appointment. No refunds on lashes due to time & supply. A free removal or mini fill is offered within 72 hours after appointment time if the client is having issues with retention etc. After 72 hours, the client will be charged 50% of an in-fill price.
